UPGRADING AT WOODLANDS CENTRAL CLUSTER COMPLETED

Newly renovated lift lobby area and driveway at recently completed asset enhanced MIT Woodlands Central cluster, ideally located between Woodlands North Coast and Woodlands Central.

The 16-month long upgrading works started on 13 April 2012 and achieved its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in mid-July 2013.

The improvement works also added 70,000 sqft of gross floor area to the property, with the building of a 6-storey extension wing, a new 4-level multi-storey car park, a new sheltered drop off lobby, and a new canteen which will provide more eating options.

Almost two-thirds of the newly added space has already been committed by tenants, including Life Technologies, a global biotechnology company listed on the NASDAQ exchange.

Woodlands Central, is a B2 site well-positioned to suit businesses in the pharmaceutical and medical related industries. Strategically located right next to the new and upcoming Woodlands Regional Centre, it is an ideal location for businesses to tap on this new growth corridor.
